This 15 x 30 x 6 de-husking plant was set not far from the dam offering stunning picturesque views as the footage rightfully shows. The sheeting of choice was the 0.47mm widespan Colorplus sheet with a bullnose finish. The roof pitch was 12 degrees allowing for a gradual fall of rainwater which could be easily harvested if need be.
In edition there was a 15 x 3 x 4 lean-to on the one gable end. The side cladding came down 2.7m where it meets the wall.
The steel finish was grey etch primer and ridge vents were used for ventilation. In addition translucent sheeting was used on the roof to allow for natural light as well as saving on electricity.
This was another successful project and thanks for choosing SpanAfrica Steel Structures.
