Constructing structures and roofs with prefabricated steel saves time and is safer and stronger than most building materials, as Chris, owner of Creighton House discovered when Span Africa provided these structures for his property.

The roof dimensions stand at 12 x 24 x 4.5 atop a unique residential design that boasts 3-bedrooms  and 2 mezzanine floors on either side overlooking the living areas, which include an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. From there it opens up onto a beautiful covered entertainment area overlooking the valley and dam.
