This project was situated on the North Coast of KZN in a small town called Richards Bay.This project with a surface area of around1,750m² under roof was completed in 2014.The roof pitch was approximately eight degrees and the main building had a bull nose finish to it. As they expanded new designs were brought to the table which included a Mono pitchas well as a design which included a valley as seen in the images.Given the open sides on the upper floor, there was no need for insulation and ventilation as they were using this space for the storage of vehicles. Ampa sheets were installed on the sides allowing for natural light to come in.
